Delete your account in the xpART app

This page is for the xpART app by the developer Bloxprod. That is the name in the store listing and of the app package shop.xpart.scan. Use it to request deletion of your xpART account, in the app or without it.

Steps in the app

  1. Open the xpART app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm with Delete my account.

Steps without the app

  1. Email info@xpart.shop from the account's email address.
  2. Use the subject Delete xpART account.
  3. Name the account email in the message.
  4. We may ask you to confirm that you control that mailbox. The request is then made. This page does not ask you to sign in.

Request deletion by email

Data that is deleted

Immediately for a plain account, otherwise within 30 days. We confirm by email when it is done. The account is deleted, not merely frozen.

  • Email address, password hash, account id and display name
  • Scan history (artwork or place, time, how you scanned)
  • Places stamps
  • Signed-in devices and sessions

Data that is kept, and for how long

  • Purchases, a balance, an artist profile, a linked wallet or staff access. We finish deleting the account within 30 days. Related bookkeeping and tax records are kept in pseudonymous form for up to 10 years where German tax and commercial law requires it, then deleted.
  • Public ledger. Pseudonymous entries about an artwork stay for the life of the ledger. They do not contain your scan history or your email address.
  • The deletion request. The time, the reason and a hint of the email address are kept for up to 3 years, as proof that the request was handled.

Eliminar tu cuenta de la app xpART

Esta página es de la app xpART del desarrollador Bloxprod. Es el nombre de la ficha de la tienda y del paquete shop.xpart.scan. Aquí solicitas la eliminación de tu cuenta xpART, en la app o sin ella.

Pasos en la app

  1. Abre la app xpART.
  2. Ve a Perfil.
  3. Toca Eliminar cuenta.
  4. Introduce tu contraseña y confirma con Eliminar mi cuenta.

Pasos sin la app

  1. Escribe desde el correo de la cuenta a info@xpart.shop.
  2. Usa el asunto Eliminar cuenta xpART.
  3. Indica en el mensaje el correo de la cuenta.
  4. Podemos pedirte que confirmes que controlas ese buzón. Con eso queda hecha la solicitud. Esta página no pide inicio de sesión.

Solicitar la eliminación por correo

Datos que se eliminan

Al momento si la cuenta es sencilla; si no, en un plazo de 30 días. Confirmamos por correo cuando está hecho. La cuenta se elimina, no solo se bloquea.

  • Correo electrónico, hash de la contraseña, identificador de cuenta y nombre visible
  • Historial de escaneos (obra o lugar, hora, modo de escaneo)
  • Sellos de Places
  • Dispositivos con sesión y sesiones

Datos que se conservan, y durante cuánto tiempo

  • Compras, saldo, perfil de artista, cartera vinculada o acceso de personal. Terminamos de eliminar la cuenta en 30 días. Los registros contables y fiscales relacionados se conservan en forma seudónima hasta 10 años cuando lo exige la ley fiscal y mercantil alemana, y después se borran.
  • Registro público. Las entradas seudónimas sobre una obra permanecen mientras exista el registro. No contienen tu historial de escaneos ni tu correo.
  • La solicitud de eliminación. La fecha, el motivo y una pista del correo se conservan hasta 3 años, como prueba de que se tramitó.

Diese Seite gehört zur App xpART des Entwicklers Bloxprod. Denselben Namen tragen der Store-Eintrag und das App-Paket shop.xpart.scan. Hier forderst du die Löschung deines xpART-Kontos an, in der App oder ohne sie.

Schritte in der App

  1. Öffne die App xpART.
  2. Geh zu Profil.
  3. Tippe auf Konto löschen.
  4. Gib dein Passwort ein und bestätige mit Mein Konto löschen.

Schritte ohne die App

  1. Schreib von der E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos an info@xpart.shop.
  2. Setze als Betreff Konto löschen xpART.
  3. Nenne im Text die E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos.
  4. Wir können dich bitten, den Zugriff auf dieses Postfach zu bestätigen. Danach ist der Antrag gestellt. Diese Seite verlangt kein Login.

Löschung per E-Mail anfordern

Welche Daten gelöscht werden

Bei einem einfachen Konto sofort, sonst innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Wir bestätigen den Abschluss per E-Mail. Das Konto wird gelöscht, nicht nur gesperrt.

  • E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort-Hash, Kontokennung und Anzeigename
  • Scan-Verlauf (Werk oder Kulturort, Zeitpunkt, Art des Scans)
  • Places-Stempel
  • Angemeldete Geräte und Sitzungen

Welche Daten bleiben, und wie lange

  • Käufe, Guthaben, Künstlerprofil, verknüpfte Wallet oder Mitarbeiterzugang. Die Löschung des Kontos schließen wir innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab. Buchhaltungs- und Steuerunterlagen dazu behalten wir pseudonym bis zu 10 Jahre, soweit das deutsche Steuer- und Handelsrecht das verlangt, und löschen sie danach.
  • Öffentliches Hauptbuch. Pseudonyme Einträge zu einem Werk bleiben dauerhaft. Sie enthalten nicht deinen Scan-Verlauf und nicht deine E-Mail-Adresse.
  • Löschantrag. Zeitpunkt, Grund und ein Hinweis auf die E-Mail-Adresse bleiben bis zu 3 Jahre, als Nachweis, dass der Antrag bearbeitet wurde.
